Our Crocant Bar Packaging Line is designed with high speed, hygiene, and product integrity in mind. Equipped with modern sensor systems and robotic automation, this line ensures error-free and aesthetically pleasing packaging of products after production.

⚙️ Packaging Process
1. Product Feeding and Sorting:
Crocant bars arriving from the production line are aligned by an automatic feeding system and individually directed to the packaging unit. At this stage, the products are checked for size and shape.

2. Wrapping and Encapsulating:
Using high-speed flowpack machines, each bar is wrapped in pre-designed, custom packaging. Packaging materials are selected to be suitable for food contact and moisture- and airtight.

3. Coding and Labeling:
Packaging is automatically coded to include production date, expiration date, batch number, and barcode information. Custom branded labeling solutions are also available upon request.

4. Automatic Weighing and Control:
Products are passed through metal detectors and automatic weighing systems to complete the quality control process. Products that are out of weight or at risk of contamination are automatically removed from the system.

5. Box Preparation and Palletizing:
Packaged crocant bars are transferred to the automatic boxing system. Finally, the boxes are directed to the robotic palletizing system and prepared for shipment.
